Position Overview
The Team Lead for the Heat Loss House Project will spearhead an innovative educational initiative focused on energy efficiency and sustainable building practices. This role involves leading workshops, engaging with the community, and managing a dedicated team of volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workshops: Facilitate hands-on learning experiences related to energy efficiency and heat loss.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and support volunteers to ensure effective project delivery.
Community Outreach: Build relationships with local schools and organizations to promote the project.
Resource Development: Create and refine educational materials for workshop participants.
Monitor Progress: Evaluate workshop effectiveness through participant feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: Background in environmental science, education, engineering, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Passion for Education: Strong commitment to promoting sustainability and energy awareness.
STEM Knowledge: Familiarity with hands-on education and energy concepts is a plus.
