Event Planner

Enactus SLC is seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our Event Planning Team. This role is crucial in creating engaging and impactful events that foster community involvement and promote Enactus SLC's mission.

About the Role:

As an Event Planning Team Member, you will contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of various Enactus SLC events, including but not limited to open houses, clubs day, spirit day, and skill development workshops. Your focus will be on creating events that effectively recruit new members and engage the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of Enactus SLC events.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics.

  • Manage event promotion through various channels, including social media and campus communications.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders as needed.

  • Volunteer at events to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.

  • Collect and analyze event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
