Enactus St. Lawrence College - Manage Your Money Logo

The Badges program is brand new and is designed to highlight the hard work and skills displayed by Enactus members. The badges are recognized globally as trademarks of achievement, showing determination, innovation, community development, and student ambition. Each member of Enactus has the ability to earn a badge in four different categories while earning up to four stars per badge.

  • An active member of Enactus who contributes to the success of events and projects within the Enactus team by the guide of project and management team leaders
  • Developed entrepreneurial and community development skills through participation in projects and/or management activities related to Enactus
  • Must have conducted a total of 20-49 hours of volunteer work
  • Acknowledged a need within the Enactus team and actively sought to fill the need in the team from the guidance and direction of program leaders
  • Showed initiative and a strong worth ethic while assisting with the success of the Enactus team
  • All of the previous
  • Must have conducted a total of 50-149 hours of volunteer work
  • All of the previous
  • Must have conducted a total of 500-999 hours of volunteer work
  • All of the previous
  • Must have conducted a total of 1000+ hours of volunteer work
  • An active member of Enactus who managed project(s) and guided and directed people in tasks related to the project(s) he/she managed
  • Defined goals and created strategies to accomplish set out goals
  • Assessed needs and took steps to create a program/project/event with the needs in mind
  • Ensured the project/program processes were successful
  • Coached, instructed, encouraged, delegated, and motivated others
  • Contributed to the sustainability of projects and teams
  • Conducted a total of 40-99 hours of leadership related volunteer work
  • Developed leadership and management skills
  • Administered effective conflict resolution and worked at building organizational performance
